Can I order a rug sample?

Yes! Please contact us to order a sample.

Keep away from heat and moisture and vacuum regularly to keep your rug in pristine condition. Turn your rug occasionally to ensure even wear and tear. We recommend using a rug pad to protect your rug and your floor. We also recommend treating your rug with a suitable stain guard, such as Scotchguard. Read our Rug Care Guide for more details.

Carefully use lukewarm water and a clean white cloth to blot out any spills. Do not rub! 

Make sure you don’t saturate your rug, as this may cause the colour to run. Avoid using harsh chemicals, as they are likely to cause damage. If the stain refuses to budge, a professional rug cleaner is the best course of action.

We offer small, medium, large and extra large area rugs. Our rug placement guide can help you select the perfect size. 

We don't offer custom colours or sizes. However, to achieve the perfect size you can purchase a larger rug, then have it professionally cut and bound. Contact us and we can recommend a professional that services your location.

All of our rugs are handmade by artisans in India, with high-quality, natural materials, including wool, jute and cotton.

Our rugs are hand made from all natural fibres. Natural fibre rugs will initially shed loose fibers. You can remove these loose fibres by regularly vacuuming your rug using a good quality vacuum cleaner.

In addition to our standard shipping options, we offer free nationwide shipping on our rugs. The rug will be delivered to your front door, and typically arrives within seven days from the date of purchase.
